TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Welcome to B2B Gifts India. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your order.

 "Company" refers to  Silver Bullet Corporation with the brand name of B2B Gifts India.

 "Client" refers to the entity or person placing an order.

 "Order" refers to the request for products or services submitted by the Client.

 "Products" refer to the items provided by the Company.

 "Agreement" refers to this document and any other terms explicitly incorporated by reference.

 

2. Ordering Process

 Orders can be placed via our website, email, or phone.

 Minimum order quantities may apply and will be specified at the time of ordering.

 Customization requests must be submitted with detailed specifications. The Company will provide a proof for approval before proceeding.

 

3. Pricing and Payment

 All prices are quoted in our Proposal

 Payment methods accepted: [Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, PayPal, etc.].

 Payment terms:  We work on Advance. Payment terms is subject to final approval of management and will be notified in our proposal or proforma invoice.

 Additional Charges:  Taxes, Logistic, Packaging, Manhours involved in additional work such as packing, Customization fees, rush order fees, shipping costs, etc., as applicable

 

4. Delivery and Shipping

 

 Delivery times vary based on order size, customization requirements, and destination. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

 Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise stated.

 The Company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

 

5. Replacement

 

 Replacement are accepted within Two days of delivery for noncustomized products in case of breakage, quality issue

 Customized products are nonreturnable unless there is a defect or error attributable to the Company.

 To initiate a return, contact our customer service at [contact details] for instructions.

 Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned products, minus any restocking fees if applicable.

 

6. Product Warranty and Quality Assurance

 

 The Company warrants that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for [3] days from delivery.

 Any claims for defective products must be made within [3] days of delivery.

 For branded products, warranty lies with ORM only, not with us. Client has to visit their service centre or store.

 

7. Client Responsibilities

 

 The Client is responsible for providing accurate order details, including delivery address and customization specifications, CDR file.

 The Client must comply with payment terms as agreed upon at the time of ordering.

 Products are intended for corporate gifting and promotional use only, not for resale.

 

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

 The Company will handle client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 Personal and order information will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and improving our services.

 

9. Intellectual Property

 

 All designs, trademarks, and logos used in customized products remain the property of their respective owners.

 The Client warrants that they have the necessary rights to use any intellectual property submitted for customization.

 

10. Liability

 

 The Company's liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this agreement shall not exceed the purchase price of the products.

 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

11. Indemnification

 

 The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the Client's use of the products or breach of this agreement.

 

12. Dispute Resolution

 

 Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved through [mediation/arbitration], in accordance with the rules of Indian Law.

 This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.

 

13. Amendments

 

 The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

 Continued use of our services after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
